學生宿舍設備修繕申請

  • 入住如遇設備故障,可填寫學生宿舍修繕表單反映。
    宿舍修繕表單(請點我)
  • 學期間固定修繕日為:公告日起,一週內四到五個工作日的上班時段。
  • 如遇專業性設備故障,需要時間接洽專業廠商查修,敬請耐心等候,如有疑問或緊急情形可洽二宿行政辦公室(緊急連絡電話:0963-020-995)。
  • 本系統為便利學生登記修繕使用,如因登錄異常或任何因素造成爭議,校方保留修改及撤銷之權力。
  • If you encounter equipment malfunctions during your stay, you can fill out the student dormitory repair form to report it.

  • The fixed maintenance days during the semester are within four to five working days of the announced week.
  • If there is a malfunction of specialized equipment that requires time to consult with professional contractors for repairs, please be patient. For any inquiries or emergencies, you may contact the Administrative Office of Dormitory Two (Emergency contact number: 0963-020-995)
  • This system is designed for the convenience of students to register for repairs. In case of any dispute arising from abnormal registration or any other factors,the school reserves the right to modify or revoke.
